Daniel Grindstaff is considered to be one of the elite young artists in today’s bluegrass scene. Hailing from East Tennessee, he has traveled all over North America with the best in bluegrass, acoustic and country music.

Daniel began his career at the young age of 18 performing at the Grand Ole Opry with bluegrass legends Jim and Jesse McReynolds. Daniel spent several years along side Jesse McReynolds and was also a part of the Opry and road shows of the legendary Osborne brothers.

Currently, he tours with country legend Marty Raybon, playing banjo, guitar and singing harmony vocals. Daniel has also toured with artists including David Peterson and 1946, Charlie Sizemore, Tim Graves, Luke McKnight, Rhonda Vincent, Wildfire, David Davis, and Larry Cordel.

Following the guidance of Sonny Osborne, one of his musical heroes, Daniel plays the Recording King Osborne Scout.

He also plays a Recording King Classic Series with Herringbone (RD-127) for his tour with Marty Raybon. This will be a show you do not want to miss!
