Dreadnought with Solid Engelmann Spruce Top and Rosewood Back/Sides
A great introduction to a pre-war style acoustic guitar, the RD-17 has fine craftsmanship and a warm, classic acoustic tone. This guitar features a solid Engelmann spruce top, rosewood back and sides, fully scalloped forward-x bracing and a mahogany neck.
The RD-17 has a Recording King "damask" pattern M.O.P. headstock inlay and abalone snowflake position markers.
The traditional features on this guitar include a vintage-style beveled pickguard and classic butterbean tuners. Available in a variety of finishes, this guitar has the look and sound of a true classic.
